My name is Shatia Nichols and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast. My journey in fitness began 5 years ago, and since then, I've been dedicated to helping others improve their health and wellness.

​As a CPT with a background in strength and conditioning, I've spent the past 3 years empowering individuals like you to unleash their full potential. Fitness, for me, is not just a job; it's a calling. I'm on a mission to redefine the way we perceive and approach health.
